Angelsense Pricing
AngelSense offers different pricing plans:
- Month-to-Month Plan: Approximately $65 each month.
- 1-Year Contract: About $50 per month.
- Annual Plan: Pay upfront for an annual plan at around $540 (equal to about $45 per month).
- The device retails for $229, but often available for less (or even free) with a subscription.
- All plans include Real-Time GPS Tracking, iOS, Android, Web Embedded 4G SIM (AT&T or T-Mobile), Unlimited Guardians, Alerts, & Geofences, All Premium Safety & Wellbeing Features, Live Safe Ride Transit Tracking, Voice Features (60 min/mo), Detailed Timeline History for Each Day, and FREE Personalized Onboarding Call.
- After submitting the order, wearing options can be selected at a discounted price.
- Note: No contract with month-to-month plan, cancel anytime. Other plans include annual contract.
Payment Method
At AngelSense, the payment method can be updated anytime by the Primary Guardians. Here are the steps to do so:
- Go into the app’s Menu on the left hand side and click on “My Account” and “Payment & Billing”.
- Select “Change” under “Payment Method”.
- Enter in the new card details.
- Click “Save” and the payment details have been updated.
Note: If a message is received about not having permission to manage account payment details, then the user is not a Primary Guardian. A Primary Guardian needs to add the user as such in order to manage account payment details.
For reactivating an account or ordering a replacement device, an updated payment method needs to be provided. The app will guide through the process of entering the payment method information.
For switching to annual billing, go to “My Account” and then “Payment & Billing”. Under ‘Subscription Information’, select ‘Start Saving with Annual Billing” and then “Bill Me Annually”. If the user is the original purchaser, then the billing will be switched to Annual Billing.
Remember, each Additional Guardian must Sign In with their own email address (and not use shared Sign In details). This will prevent issues with notifications and future Signing In.

How To Open A Angelsense Account?
To open an account on AngelSense, follow these steps:
- Download the AngelSense Guardian app to your device. The app is available for iOS, Android, or as a web app for PCs.
- Choose whether to select Sign In or Create Account:
- If the AngelSense was purchased from the AngelSense Website, select Sign In.
- If the AngelSense was purchased from a 3rd party site (like Amazon), select Create Account.
- For Sign In, enter the Email used at the time of purchase and select Continue. If you set a Password at the time of purchase, enter the Password you chose and select Sign In. If you did not set a Password, or if you forgot your Password, select Forgot Password and a Temporary Password (only valid for 30 minutes) will be sent to your email. Enter the Temporary Password and select Continue. Choose a Permanent Password and select Sign In.
- For Create Account, enter your Email and select Continue. Choose a Password and select Continue. Enter Cell Phone Number and select Continue. Enter Verification Code sent as an SMS to Cell Phone Number and select Continue. Scan device’s Barcode with phone camera (or enter device’s Barcode Number manually). Choose a Service Plan, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Once the account is created, complete the App Set Up to get started. Select Continue and follow the App Set Up prompts. Be sure to watch the Video Tutorials (Main Menu>Help>Video Tutorials). It is highly recommended to watch the Quick Start Guide and App Overview videos if you’re new to AngelSense.

Angelsense Return Policy?
At AngelSense, customers can cancel their purchase at any time during the first 30 days and receive a full refund for both the subscriber kit, activation fee, and the monthly service. This gives customers plenty of time to try out the AngelSense solution and see if it meets their needs. After the 30-day risk-free trial, the service fee will be charged monthly with a 12-month commitment.
In order to cancel, customers need to email at support@angelsense.com or call at 1-888-999-2023 or at 1-646-770-2950 with the request to cancel. A confirmation email from AngelSense that the cancellation request has been received will be sent.
If customers choose to cancel the service during the first 30 days, the subscriber kit must be returned in its original condition. A full refund will be issued once the warehouse received the kit in original condition. Additional accessories purchased and the return shipping costs are not refundable.
Note: If customers choose to reactivate the service at a later time, they will not be charged a reactivation fee if they cancelled during the 30-day trial.
